With resumes, it's all about taking the experience you have and showing it in a way that makes an employer say, "man, I need to hire this person."
Take this bullet point for example: "Event organization, coordination, international, large scale." It vaguely shows that the applicant has some skills organizing events but it doesn't show what kind of events, for how many people, and what the person can do.

The new bullet point paints a clear, detailed picture, showing that the applicant can handle complex tasks and manage large budgets. When I work on resumes, I apply the same kind of attention to a person’s entire resume, scrutinizing every bullet point and tweaking them until they are the best they can be.

I will provide feedback on the effectiveness of your resume, including thoughts on sections that work and sections that could use some work, as well as suggestions on ways to rephrase some of your bullet points. I may provide some sample bullet points or resources for you so that you can perfect your document yourself.
After our time together, expect to spend some time implementing the edits we've discussed.

1. Live consultation via Zoom, Webex, or FaceTime.
2. Email consultation with edits marked directly in your document using the Track Changes option (Word or Google Docs only. Editing in Pages is not available at this time).
